Team Building
One off Matched Boat racing is great fun, these events can be run over one or two days. With excellent connections all over the south coast we can ensure that you get the best boats with the best skippers for the best prices.
These are great days for novices and experienced sailors alike. For those who are new to sailing, full tuition is given during the morning. The team building aspect is intrinsic to every deck rotation as the boat will not operate effectively if it is not done so as a team, on a matched boat race the better team wins as the boats are identical.
Wherever the event takes place the triangular course used for racing is the same, we keep a record of all the times and at the end of the season the top three are invited back for a 1 day gala event.
A Sample 1 day event
2 or more boats match racing (10 or more participants):
0900 - Meet at the boats, introduction to the skipper and safety brief
1000 - A morning of sail training, deck rotations
1230 - Moor up at the yacht club for lunch
1400 - Round the cans racing
1700 - Back alongside, prize giving and a toast
