"The weather threw a bit of everything at us during the Round The Island race; fog, rain, gusty winds, glorious sunshine, and some rolling waves; the other boats gave us some interesting moments too (thankfully we were nowhere near Lewis Hamilton's attempts at helming), but through it all Ben kept us on track, calm, smiling and safe. It has to go down as the best day of sailing I've ever done! Shame some of the boys weren't made of sterner stuff....more please (of the good sailing, not boys being poorly)"
